On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

On the first floor, enjoy a pleasant living area with a lounge and dining room, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (oven, gas hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, kettle). The house also has Wi-Fi access. From this floor, you have direct access to the garden and furnished terrace, ideal for enjoying beautiful summer evenings.

On the second floor, a large attic bedroom features a double bed and a single bed.

Access to your holiday home is via the semi-pedestrian street (be careful of walkers). After unloading your car, there are plenty of free parking spaces nearby.
You have access to the entire accommodation.

About 30 minutes away, discover the famous Beauval Zoo (allow a full day), the magnificent Château de Chenonceau, and Amboise with the Clos Lucé, Leonardo da Vinci's last residence, and its château overlooking the Loire River.

15 minutes away, visit the superb medieval town of Loches with its royal castle and its impressive 37-meter keep, a masterpiece of 11th-century military architecture, offering a 360° panoramic view of the entire town. Enjoy the town center market every Wednesday and Saturday morning.

The Loches state forest offers beautiful walks around the pyramids, a former royal hunting ground. Nearby, also discover the Château de Montpoupon, the Château de Montrésor (listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France), and the lake at Chemillé-sur-Indrois with its leisure center.
