Fabulous apartment with incredible view

This stunning apartment was the highlight of my 2 month trip. I only wish I had booked it for longer! Beautiful interior design, fabulous views over the river from the balcony; a place I loved sitting, both in the daytime sunshine and to watch spectacular sunsets. Great wifi for video conferencing and a cosy well-furnished bedroom with plenty of storage space. Corey was responsive and accommodating via messages. Three grocery stores are moments walk away, with multiple other dining options (including fudge, artisan chocolate and ice-cream) and a decent bagel shop right below in the same building! The location is unbeatable with the beautiful River Boardwalk just outside. This is my top place to stay in Wilmington and I hope to return !

Great location

My husbands and daughter and son n law stayed for 2 nights. A very nice condo -and great location. No complaints.would stay here again. And easy checkin and out.

Loved our location would stay again!!!

We had a hard time finding the box with our key at first just wish we could park in the parking lot of condo we needed more towels for our 4 day stay I did leave a message the bed had plastic on it so it made us sweat more and the sliding glass door was so hard to open and close needs to be looked at this is just things to help the owner to be aware of because he wanted to know we loved your condo and we would love to stay again next summer 2023.Chris and Charlotte Hardin 🙂

In the middle of Everywhere

Great views, and excellent location. Conveniently located within walking distance of parking, shopping, and several excellent dining options! Owner was communicative, and helpful. Would stay here again!
