In a recent and secure residence, 2 bedroom flat neatly located on the 1st floor.
Private parking space, non-smoking accommodation, pets are not accepted, capacity of 4 people.

The flat consists of a pleasant and bright living room with a fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, classic and Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker, dishwasher, oven...) and its access to a first balcony facing east/south, opening onto a dining area (for 4 people) then a living room (sofa, coffee table, TV with French channels) opening onto a second balcony facing south/west.

It has a first bedroom with 2 single beds and cupboard, then a second bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and cupboard, with access to the balcony.

Comfortable shower room with washbasin and shower cubicle, separate WC.

Storeroom with washing machine and storage space.

Bike racks with free access in the residence.

Rental of sheets and/or towels on reservation
WIFI Minibox rental on reservation: 39€/week.
