Nestled in the heart of a small peaceful village, this recently renovated Touraine farmhouse is home to three warm cottages.
Its 11,000 m² park and 10 x 5 m swimming pool will seduce you.

Close to the castles of the Loire Valley, Beauval Zoo, Futuroscope, Loches and the vineyards of Touraine. This cottage is ideally located, a perfect starting point to combine cultural discoveries and moments of rest.

La Parenthèse is a cosy 96 m2 accommodation for those who feel the need to get away from the hustle and bustle and treat themselves to a real moment to themselves.

The atmosphere is hushed, minimalist and soothing. The natural shades of linen, soft beige and warm brown match the raw materials and enveloping textiles. The subdued lights and carefully chosen objects create a cocoon conducive to letting go.

The 3 bedrooms are upstairs: Two double bedrooms and a bedroom with two 90 beds.

The ground floor is composed of a bathroom with toilet, a convivial living room, a dining area with a round table and an equipped kitchen.
You will find a washing machine, a gas stove, a microwave oven, a fridge with freezer, a filter coffee maker, a Senseo espresso machine, a kettle as well as all the crockery and utensils necessary for a comfortable and independent stay.
This kitchen, functional and warm, has direct access to an interior courtyard in addition to the private terrace of the cottage.

Kitchen towels and shower mats will be on site.
However, bed linen and towels will be provided on request for a rental of €15 per person per stay. This will be paid on arrival.

A barbecue and suitable garden furniture will allow you to enjoy the beautiful summer days and extend the evenings with family or friends.

Our pretty and peaceful wooded park awaits you, it is ideal for relaxing, and on sunny days, the swimming pool will be accessible, perfect for cooling off.

The park is a real haven of tranquility where everyone can enjoy at their own pace, whether it is to rest in the shade of the trees or to have fun in the open air.
Please make sure to respect the place and the tranquility of the travellers of our two other cottages so that everyone can fully enjoy their stay.

A large private car park is at your disposal inside the property, entirely enclosed by a perimeter wall and secured by a gate, to park your vehicles in peace.

We live on site: close if you need us, discreet to let you fully enjoy your stay.

We work regularly in the park and could be there when you arrive; the easiest way is to call us a few minutes before so that we can welcome you in the best conditions

To ensure that your stay goes smoothly:

On your arrival, we will carry out a small inventory of fixtures together while showing you around the accommodation.
Before your departure, we will also carry out a quick inventory of fixtures in order to finalise your stay with peace of mind.
If you opt for a rental linens, the beds will be made before your arrival and payment will simply be made on site.

Smoking and vaping are forbidden inside the cottage.
You can smoke only outside, making sure to use an ashtray and not to leave any cigarette butts in the park.
