You will appreciate its exterior with its garden and terrace arranged to fully enjoy your outdoor meals, with a plancha for those with a sweet tooth.

Close to the beach, you can enjoy refreshing swims whilst varying activities and discoveries in the region.



Upon arrival at the house, you will discover the large, warm living space with the lounge area that opens onto the garden, the dining table and the open-plan kitchen. Fully equipped, you will find everything you need for cooking as well as an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker and a Krups.



The house has 3 bedrooms, all on the upper floor:

Bedroom 1: has a King Size bed (180/200)

Bedroom 2: has a double bed (140/190)

Bedroom 3: has two bunk beds (90/190), ideal for children/teenagers.



You also have a bathroom with toilet, hairdryer and a washing machine. Another independent toilet is also available upstairs.



To park, you have spaces in front of the house.

There is also a bar/tobacconist at the corner of the street.

Cycle path to reach Suscinio/Sarzeau from the house.

Penvins also has a sailing school and other water sports. Swimming lessons at Manoir de Ker en Poul (campsite). Suscinio (castle, beach) and Sarzeau are accessible by bike from the house via a secure path.

Gulf of Morbihan 10 km away and its islands by boat departing from Port Navalo.



On foot, choose your coastal headland jutting out into the ocean and walk around it, between sand and pines. You will find fishermen and oyster farmers at the friendly markets in Arzon or Sarzeau. After these discoveries of local produce, you will discover with your family the historical gems of this South Brittany, at the Suscinio castle or near the ramparts of Vannes.
