By Forsyth Park, W/ King Bed +New Bath & Kitchen!

This historic building has been renovated from top to bottom with gorgeous modern finishes. It is hard to believe the home is from 1909 when you are inside! However, your immersion in Historic Savannah is just outside the door. Forsyth Park is less than a city block away from the apartment. While literally hundreds of restaurants and shops are within 2 miles of the home some of the highlights are in the neighborhood section.

​​​​​​​The kitchen, dining and living room are one large open floor plan with soaring ceilings.

There is a separate bedroom with a King bed

The bathroom is decorated with Anthropoligie wallpaper and vanity and newly redone from top to bottom.

Designated parking for one compact vehicle and free extra parking on the public street.

This unit is on the 'first floor' but stairs are still required so this is not suitable for anyone who cannot get up a few steep steps to the entry door.

The property was located in a very nice location close to everything. Great park very close by. The air conditioner was a little slow and given the heat it would not have been comfortable during the day. But since we were out everyday seeing the sights it was not a problem and it cooled to 71 at night which was comfortable with the fan running. Parking was very convenient and the few steps to the room were not a problem. Loved having the washer and dryer available to do laundry before the return trip home.

It was a really lovely apt, beautifully decorated, ideal for a couple or single. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee pot (drip), electric kettle, toaster, and all necessary cooking equipment. Parking was great, access was easy, and the location was convenient for access to Forsythe Park & Historic area. Two very minor complaints: 1. the host didn’t offer any coffee, tea, or related supplies—as a “luxury rental” at a luxury price point, it seemed reasonable to have those items on hand. 2. The bedroom closet was filled with cleaning equipment and there was very little space to keep an open suitcase. There is a dresser, but for a short stay, it wasn’t necessary to completely unpack. I’d definitely stay again and would recommend. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The way in which the apartment is labeled as "luxury" is not in the advertisement but is only seen in our communications after booking the guest receives an email from our office in which the words Savannah Luxury Rentals are shown due to our company name. This is a nice rental and provides exactly what is shown in the listing, We advertise that we do not provide food or drinks. There are 2 local stores where you can buy coffee within 1 block of this address. There is a full size supermarket less than half a mile away too. The main limitation is storage space at this home and we cannot provide a coffee station for the 4 apartments because all of our limited storage space is full of paper products, linens and soap products.

This is cutest little place. It was very clean, the bed was so comfortable, and it was in a excellent location. We were able to walk to everything, restuartants, shops, bars. I will be staying here again!! Thank You!!

PERFECT location!!! Just outside of the busy "bustle" of tourists. Perfect for walking to all the main interests in the Historic District! My only, slight concern, was the parking space behind the house. Very tight, if 3 vehicles are there. Also, a brief concern entering the property from the alley, at night. We became very comfortable with safety, although always "aware"...

Our stay was wonderful! We had a bit of trouble with the nest heating/cooling system. The manual does not explain how to change from cool to hot. My suggestion is to update that page in the booklet.
