ROSE Holidays offers this 10 m² studio on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, ideally located on the Promenade of Sables d'Olonne. The entrance is opposite the beach.

Capacity: up to 2 people.



The accommodation includes:

Bright living room with sofa, TV, WIFI, small dining table with chairs. Mezzanine bed 140 with storage.

Semi-open equipped kitchen: kettle, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, filter coffee maker

Bathroom with shower, storage unit, and toilet (no washbasin)
