Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans le logement, arrivée facile, logement propre, bien équipé et lumineux, agencement optimal, salle de bain spacieuse.Commerces à proximité, centre commercial à 15 min à vélo, plages à 10-15 min à vélo, nombreuses pistes cyclables très appréciables. Local à vélo fermé disponible, parking en sous sol, et également possible dans la rue.Terrasse petite mais agréable, quartier calme malgré la proximité de l’avenue fréquentée. Logement bien équipé pour le séjour.Bonne communication avec la conciergerie, location des draps et serviettes pratiques, les lits faits pour l’arrivée seraient un plus.Nous étions 4, 2 adultes et 2 ados, le divan lit type « rapido » est pratique mais c’est un appoint, il manque de confort, et le rangement dans la chambre est un peu juste pour un séjour à 4 plus long.Cuisine bien équipée, toutefois il manquerait une grande casserole pour la cuisson des pâtes pour 4.Mis à part ces petits points, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce joli appartement, réservé en dernière minute, cela nous a bien dépanné pendant nos réparations de voiture!
