A living/dining room with a 4-seater table.
A bedroom with 1 queen size double bed (160x200).
Second bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190).
New and comfortable bedding.
Beautiful and fully equipped kitchen.
Balcony for 4 people.
A shower room.
Separate toilet.
Apartment crossing North/South which allows a flow of fresh air. Fans in the bedrooms. Air conditioning bedrooms and living room.

Located by the sea, on the famous "Promenade des Mariniéres" famous for its local fishermen and its restaurants, less than 3 minutes from Villefranche train station.
The beaches are located in front of the apartment, less than 30 metres from the entrance of the building.PGJyPg
The nearby train station (200 metres) will allow you to easily reach the entire Côte d'Azur, from Italy to Marseille, via Monaco, Cannes, Antibes Juans les Pins, the Var... PGJyPg
Vehicle not necessary. Free parking spaces in the street at the foot of the building or paid communal car park of the Citadel (5 minutes walk, subscription 25€ per week).
