Located on the 3rd floor, facing south, this 2-bedroom apartment (approximately 50 sq m) comprises a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchenette (cooktop, oven, refrigerator/freezer), a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). There is a fully renovated bathroom with shower, washing machine, and separate toilet. A magnificent 10 sq m terrace with sea views is furnished with garden furniture and an awning. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people.

Optional additional services: linens are not provided but can be reserved in advance and collected when you pick up the keys.

End-of-stay cleaning is available upon request to the agency and is payable as an additional fee.

A security deposit of €400 (credit card imprint) is required.
