Located in the small village of Loupiac de La Réole, about 5 km south of La Réole, a medieval town on the banks of the Garonne River, the Chez Lulu gîte is the ideal starting point for exploring the many treasures of the Entre-deux-Mers and South Gironde regions: the greenway and the Garonne lateral canal, the Fontet leisure center, the vineyards and fortified towns of the Entre-deux-Mers region, and more. The house is close to village amenities (grocery store), in a rural setting, next to the owners' horticultural farm. You will have access to a large 5,000 m² enclosed garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. Entirely on one level, the cottage consists of a bright living room with dining room and TV lounge opening onto the covered terrace, a fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140x190 and 2 beds 80x190), a shower room and a separate toilet. A laundry area is available in the garage (no possibility of entering a vehicle). Parking is inside the property. Cottage equipped with electric heating. Sheets and kitchen linen are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available (paid service). Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
