Needing a rural place to get away? This cozy 1 1/2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that sleeps 8 has a front row seat to the beauty of The Ohio River. Relax on one of our decks, relax river side by the outdoor fire pit, or watch the barge traffic from inside. The house sits within minutes of The Hoosier National Forest offering hiking / fishing and a peaceful atmosphere, 50 minutes from Holiday World, and 55 minutes from French Lick. (Pet Friendly / Strong WIFI / Gas Grill, NO WATER ACCESS)

This house offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There's also a loft with a full sized futon if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked (except for food of course) for all your cooking needs. There is a second driveway on the other side of our road that is available for extra cars or to park a boat. Located about 50 minutes from Holiday World.
The front door has a code lock and you will be given your own code prior to your stay. As there is no need for anyone to let you in, you can arrive at any time. There are four spacious decks to choose from in the back of the house, each with an amazing view of the Ohio river, especially at sunrise. The lower deck has a built in fire pit that is perfect for roasting marshmallows.

Guests have access to the entire property.

To get the peaceful views like this you know you must be in a rural area. With rural comes with a bit of a drive to every where you want to go, and spotty cell phone coverage due to the large rolling hills. If rural your thing, this is the perfect get away!
