The main level boasts an open floor plan with a stone fireplace and fully stocked modern kitchen, two bedrooms (2 Queen size beds), and a bathroom. The loft area offers a bedroom (1 King size bed) and bath with even more spectacular views. In the basement, there is another bedroom (2 sets of bunk beds, 1 child bed), a bathroom, recreational area, and mini bar. Why they chose this property
The Stillwater area is pure tranquility. Only 15 homes occupy over 300 acres of land. Plenty of room to walk around, fish, or practice your golf swing. One thing I love about the property is the amount of wildlife you get to see. I often see deer running around the property, various birds, and one time I saw an American Bald Eagle. At night, due to the low light pollution in the area, you can see the stars vividly in the sky.
What makes this property unique
Well kept gated community with stocked fishing pond and 2 hole practice golf course. An amazing view with all of the comforts of home in a truly tranquil environment.
