THE RESIDENCE
Happy Island Paradise is a 6-bedroom, 3-bath courtyard home featuring a main residence and separate in-law suite that share a central doorway. Once inside, guests will find a beautiful courtyard with a pool and spa, and each residential space has a separate entry door off the courtyard. Additionally, the property is surrounded by a six-foot block wall for added privacy and security.

MAIN HOUSE
The main house is a full residence with a kitchen, living room, four bedrooms, and two baths. Guests will love hosting dinners in the fully stocked kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, including a state-of-the-art induction stove/range and convenient bar seating for 4. The adjacent dining space and comfy living room are perfect for gathering, entertaining, and enjoying a fun movie night on the giant 82” smart TV.

Also in the main house is a primary ensuite with a king bed, futon bed, dedicated workspace, and attached bath with a jacuzzi jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. Three additional bedrooms (all queen beds) share the second bathroom with a walk-in shower that is great for rinsing off after a day of fun at the beach.

IN-LAW SUITE
Across the courtyard is the in-law suite offering a flexible layout ideal for accommodating different groups such as extended families or friends traveling together. One option is a 2-room ensuite with a private bathroom, making the entire property a 5-bedroom home. Or use both rooms as bedrooms, and guests will share the bathroom for a total of 6 bedrooms on the property. PLEASE NOTE this second configuration requires access to bedroom 6 through bedroom 5. Both rooms have a queen bed, and the front room has and additional futon bed. The back room has a dedicated workspace and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean.

COURTYARD
Outdoor living and entertaining are amazing at Happy Island Paradise, too! Enjoy the perfect Florida climate during any season in the saltwater pool that is not only gentle on sensitive skin but can also be heated up to 82° year-round for an additional fee. There is also a soothing spa (heating included in the nightly price), outdoor shower, and dining & sun lounging spaces in this tropical oasis that is the perfect place to relax and play in paradise.

THE AREA
In addition to the home’s wonderful features, the main highlight of this property is the quick 2-minute walk to the ocean. Named one of the best beaches for families in Florida, New Smyrna Beach’s pristine white sand and warm turquoise waters are what every vacationer dreams of. Spend days relaxing on the beach, sea kayaking, fishing, or surfing the perfect waves. There is also plenty to do inland, too, with shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants serving some of the best seafood in the area, all within walking distance. Flagler Avenue is only a 4-minute drive away, and all the top New Smyrna attractions are easily accessible by car from this ideal location.

House Rules/Guest Info:
To finalize the booking, you must verify your identity.

There are open bodies of water, i.e., pool and hot tub. It may not be suitable for children. A responsible adult must supervise children at all times.

Check-out time: 10 am

No parties or events.
Quiet time 10 pm to 8 am.
Pool/SPA hours: 8 am to 10 pm.

Due to county and fire department regulations, please do NOT exceed the number of guests (including children) specified on the reservation. NO visitors without prior approval. Please do not bring pets. $500 fee for any violation.

The daily rate includes heat for the spa/hot tub up to 102 degrees, but there is an additional fee to heat the pool (up to 82 degrees). Would you please wash off all the sand outside before entering the house or the pool?

Please do not misuse or stain linens (towels, bedsheets, quilts, etc.).

Park-style BBQ charcoal grill. Park-style means self-catered; i.e. we do not provide supplies or guarantee cleanliness.

Informational
There is space to park only five vehicles on the property. No other parking is available.

As is typical with hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals, ALL exterior sides of this property have security cameras monitoring and recording for security, safety, and compliance.

As is typical of all vacation rentals, we provide only a starter (limited) supply of consumables. Examples of consumables include Keurig K-cups, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Installed Bidets for extra hygiene. Publix (grocery store) is only a min drive up the street.

To prevent AC coil freezing, 70F is the lowest setting possible.

All trash must be bagged and placed on the grass (north side) by the street. Please do not leave trash in the house or property grounds.

Trash pickup is Mondays and Thursdays, Recycle is Tuesday. Regardless of pickup date, please place all trash out at check out.
