Historic Hillcrest Home in a Very Safe Location

Beautiful home listed in the number one wonderful neighborhood, Hillcrest, in Little Rock. This is a traditional; two story home on the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program built in 1915. The home has an inviting front porch with a cozy swing, and big back deck. It is within walking distance to the coffee shop, post office, pharmacy, grocery store, walking trails, and restaurants. This is a fun home to experience the Historic Hillcrest.
The inside of the home has tall ceilings, when you walk through the front door it opens to the living/entry room area and has access to the staircase. French doors open to the newly added kitchen area with island, dishwasher, sink, mini-fridge and stove top. The original galley kitchen is nestled to the back of the new kitchen keeping it's original charm. The original kitchen has an oven with stovetop, two sinks, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator. The laundry room is off the galley kitchen and a new half bathroom is to the side of the laundry room area. There is also a security system in place.
There are three bedrooms. The one downstairs has a king size bed with full bathroom connected to it. It has an armoire for closet area. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The one connected to the sunroom has a queen size bed and two big closets connected to each side. The other bedroom has a full size bed and one big closet and the other closet area is storage space. The upstairs has a full bathroom. The home has a new HVAC units for heating and cooling. Enclosed garage from the back alley. Paved Uncovered Driveway and parking in the front as well. Privacy fence around the back yard. This home is a fun place to stay and we hope you come visit.

We Fit Right In

Perfect neighborhood

The location is awesome, and if you love craftsman homes (like I do) you will agree this home is beautiful. Some of my daughter’s friends came over to celebrate her 16th birthday and it was perfect for our group. It’s walking distance to some very nice restaurants (like a block away) and across from an adorable little Kroger. There is lots of pedestrian traffic and I felt very safe the entire time.

Charming

What a charming rental! We had the best time due to the central location to all there is to see and do in Little Rock. The house is so well equipped, clean and beautifully decorated. Updates to the kitchen and bathrooms add to the functionality without taking anything away from the historic charm. Loved restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Great house, great location

We loved our stay in Hillcrest. The house is very comfortable with a nice front porch. The neighborhood is great and walkable. Two good coffee shops within a couple of blocks and a grocery store 1 block away. Park and restaurants all walking distance. The house is comfortable - loads of towels, pillows, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking items. If you are planning on doing a lot of cooking, you might want to bring your own condiments (or go to the convenient market close by!). The owner was very responsive to all our questions! We look forward to staying here again the next time we are in LR.

A little funky

This rental was clean enough but oddly supplied. At best, there were two bars of soap in the whole house, and they appeared to be from hotels. There were lots of half-used hand pump soaps, and several miscellaneous hotel size/travel size lotions. There was an abundance of fancy little tea cups, but three or four coffee mugs. Two stoves but I don't think the burners worked on one of them.

Great spot!

We really enjoyed staying in the house! It accommodates all of our needs with our 2 small children and puppy! Location was great for everything we needed to get to! We come to Little Rock fairly often for family gatherings and for future stays we will look for this house availability before looking for other options!

This house is amazing - everything is so comfortable and gorgeous. Walking distance (very short) to Ciao Baci, Pantry Crest, and all the rest of Hillcrest's great offerings. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Historic Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this historic home in Hillcrest! It was a home away from home. Our dog was safe and happy in the backyard. We were very glad to have a garage for our car, as well. Many thanks to the owners!

Nice house, great midtown location

nice renovated and updated historic home , clean, lots of charm, and great location. 1-2 block Walking distance to Kroger, great coffee shop, several good restaurants (pizza, mexican, italian, etc), drug store, post office, War Memorial stadium. Owner was nice and helpful. Would rent again anytime we are in town!
