**Please be mindful that this is a HOME in a quiet, respectable neighborhood. Under no circumstances shall there be a party, event, or gathering of any size. Any guests found to be in violation of this rule will be subject to pay a $250 fee.**

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave used towels in a pile in hallway bathroom
Leave beds as is
Please hand wash any used dishes, dry and put them away
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
*Early check in available upon request + early check in fee Park on the right side of the garage… left side needs to be left accessible
Trash day is on Monday. If you are booked during a Monday please dispose of any large bags of trash and take to the end of the driveway.
Please take shoes off upon entry to avoid tracking dirt. Also, keep bottom door locks unlocked when you leave so you don’t get locked out
