This very cozy holiday home for up to 16 people consists of the Krewinkelhaus and the coachman's apartment.
A total of 3 bedrooms are available in the Krewinkelhaus. Each of these rooms is equipped with 2-4 beds.
Furthermore, the house also has a very well equipped kitchen with a great espresso machine and professional coffee grinder, a living room (approx. 20 sqm) and a bar, or Game room (approx. 20sqm) with foosball table. There is a very nice bathroom and two separate toilets. On the approximately 20sqm terrace in front of the house you can look over the place, sit comfortably, have a barbecue and spend a pleasant time.

There are a total of 2 bedrooms in the coachman's apartment, each with 2 beds. Two more beds are in the well-equipped and cozy kitchen. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung – absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt – sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ist sehr zentral und ideal für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Besonders toll war die herzliche Betreuung durch die Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft absolut weiter!

Eifelhaus

Wir waren für ein Wochenende hier. Mehr wäre aus unserer Sicht auch nicht gegangen. Von außen ein schönes historisches Haus. Innen sind die Möbel „bunt zusammengewürfelt“ und durchaus mal erneuerungsbedüftig. Die Schlafzimmer erinnern teilweise an alte Jugendherbergszeiten. Der Grill hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Was auch nicht erkennbar war, dass die 5 Schlafzimmer räumlich getrennt (Einliegerwohnung) waren. Wenn man sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und nur was zum Schlafen braucht ist das sicherlich in Ordnung. Wenn man jedoch viel im Haus ist, könnte es schöner sein.

Wir als Gruppe (12 Personen) haben uns direkt wohl und uns abgeholt gefühlt. Die Übergabe vor Ort war genauso problemlos wie die generelle Abwicklung. Gerne wieder und völlig verdiente 5 Sterne.

Enttäuscht

Leider schlug uns schon bei der Ankunft ein muffiger Geruch in der gesamten Ferienwohnung entgegen. Dieser war auch nach guter Lüftung in den drei Tagen nicht zu vertreiben. Die Bilder sind sehr geschönt. Die Innenausstattung ist sehr einfach und stark veraltet. Das Badezimmer erinnerte uns sehr an eine Fußballumkleide. Auf den Bildern ist leider auch nicht zu erkennen, dass die Schlafzimmer mit Stockbetten vollgestellt sind. Positiv muss erwähnt werden, dass die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos war und die Ferienwohnung einen sauberen Eindruck machte. Leider musste ich auf meine Kaution über zwei Wochen warten. Schade

Super süßes Haus

Ein extrem hübsches denkmal geschütztes Haus. Einrichtung super dazu passend. Sogar die Stock Betten waren bequem. Super netter Hausverwalter und alles schön unkompliziert. Herrliche Umgebung und perfekt um mit den Hunden unterwegs zu sein. Einziges Manko waren ein paar Nachbarn, die an unserem letzten Abend eine sehr lange und laute Feier hatten. Deswegen leider 1 Stern Abzug bei Lage und Umgebung. Sonst

Die Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Kicker und Billard waren sehr beliebt. Solange keine Party im Dorf war, konnte man auch super dort schlafen. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter und Verwalter vor Ort. Bequem, freundlich und robust eingerichtet. Für eine Familie mit Kindern super geeignet.

Toller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Fachwerkhaus

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit 8 Erwachsenen und 4 kindern. Das Haus ist sehr uhrig und hat alles was man braucht. Die Gegend ist hervorragend zum Wandern geeignet. Für die Kinder bietet Hellenthal einen tollen Spielplatz. Wir kommen gerne wieden.

Das Haus war geräumig und gemütlich und der Beschreibung entsprechend. Der Vermieter war freundlich und entgegenkommend. Kleine Mängel gab es bei der Beleuchtung und es hätte an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas adretter sein können (Fenster, Spinnweben, Staub) Insgesamt war es aber sauber und in Ordnung und wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Schön kühl trotz Hitze

Geräumig, kühl und gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausverwalter Herrn J. hat auch gut geklappt. Unkompliziert konnten wir auch weitere Gäste für eine Nacht dazu holen. Gerne wieder!

Gîte sympathique pour rayonner dans la région de l'Eifel pour un we rando. Juste dommage que les locataires du gîte voisin ont fait la fête très tard et très bruyamment deux soirs de suite ... les nuits ont été courtes.

Der beschriebene Partyraum war quasi zugemüllt. Mussten wir erstmal entrümpeln. Zwingende Nachtruhe ab 22:00h 🤷‍♂️ Bei einer Belegung von 13 Personen nebst angeblichen partyraum. Direkt n einer Bundesstraße gelegen. Mehr bleibt nicht zu sagen. Meine Kaution von stattlichen 500€ wofür auch immer habe ich noch nicht zurück nach 14 tagen.

Für unser Familienwochenende war das die ideale Örtlichkeit. Ausreichend Zimmer für alle, eine große Küche in der wir tatsächlich alle Platz fanden. Super war auch der Raum mit Kicker und Billiard. Für unser nächstes Familienwochenende werden wir das sicher wieder buchen.

Hübsches Bauernhaus

Ein schönes, altes Gebäude, bei dem man natürlich keine topmoderne Ausstattung erwarten kann. Umso überraschter waren wir dann über die Küchenausstattung - ein Induktionsherd und eine Espress-Siebträgermaschine haben uns sehr positiv überrascht. Die Betten sind auf 3 Zimmer aufgeteilt, so dass auch 2 oder 3 Familien gemeins Urlaub machen können. Mit unserer kleinen Gruppe war so genügend Platz für alle.

Tolles Haus und großartiger Service
