Luxury holiday home with a view of the Wadden Sea, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is suitable for holidays all year round as the house is heated by solar heat and a wood-burning stove, among other things, and therefore has low energy consumption. Nice atmosphere with leather furniture. Here you will find all kitchen appliances and equipment. Three bedrooms with box mattresses and a sleeping loft with two beds. It is a family-friendly holiday home with a cot, high chair and child safety lock on the stairs. There are two bathrooms in the house, one of which has a whirlpool and the other a sauna that can also be used as a steam bath. TV with Stofa TV package and additional German channels via satellite dish and DVD in the living room, as well as Smart TV in the room on the 1st floor. Free WLAN is a matter of course. The house has a lovely courtyard, ideal for children and pets. There is lovely garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers on the two terraces. Everything is of a high standard. Close to a cosy harbour, good shopping facilities and restaurants. Ferry to the island of Sylt. On Rømø there are countless footpaths and cycle paths, including through the plantations and along the wide, long beach, where you can drive right up to the water's edge. Enjoy the beautiful beach, and if you want to spend a day away from the beach, you can take a trip to Denmark's oldest town, Ribe, 40 kilometres away and admire the unique cathedral.
