Welcome to our 30 m² apartment with a patio, located on the 1st floor (no elevator) and furnished as follows for your comfort:

- Fully equipped separate kitchen with refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, washing machine, dishes and cutlery, utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso machine



- Dining area with table and chairs for two, located on the patio and accessible from both the living room and kitchen



- Bathroom with shower and sink



- Separate toilet



The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer.



The cleaning fee includes bed linen and towels for each person. Cleaning is carried out by professional cleaners.
