Apartment in Franconian Tuscany at the gates of the world cultural heritage

The apartment on the first floor for 2-4 people is completely (see details) and lovingly furnished and has central heating and free WiFi.

The central room is divided by a counter into the kitchen area and the living / dining area.

The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired in terms of furnishings and equipment. With a hob, oven and microwave, all options are available to you.
You don't just have to do the dishes, of course the dishwasher does the job. (Dishwashing liquid, tabs, tea towels are of course available)

The dining table comfortably seats 4 people and of course it can also be used for the existing card and board games.

In the living area there is a comfortable sofa bed that can be converted into a comfortable bed (with mattress) for a further 2 people at night.
In addition to satellite reception, the large-format television also has a Bluray player.

The bedroom has a large double bed (1.8 mx 2.0 m) and a dressing table. Bed linen and warm blankets are a matter of course.
A baby bed can be set up on request.

In the bathroom you will find a shower with side showers. Of course, towels and bath towels are included for free.

The apartment is located in a former farm right next to the local chapel. The four-legged residents (cats and rabbits) like to be petted ;-)

Laubend lies directly in front of the World Heritage City of Bamberg (8 km) and in the Franconian Tuscany.
In addition to the wonderful landscape, Upper Franconia is also known for its cellars and restaurants, many of which you can find in the immediate vicinity.
The Bamberg region and neighboring Franconian Switzerland also have a lot to offer for cyclists and motorcycle fans.
