Ideally located at the foot of the beach, this one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor offers the perfect setting for a seaside stay, with direct and immediate access to the beach.

It features a comfortable living area equipped with a ceiling fan, opening onto a functional open-plan kitchen.
The apartment also includes a shower room, a separate toilet, and a beachfront bedroom furnished with a 140 cm sofa bed.

Please note:
The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning
One parking space is available in the residents’ parking area

New:
Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included for bookings confirmed and fully paid at least 7 days prior to arrival.
For last-minute bookings, linen is not included.
