The Space:

The house is arranged over two levels, with a welcoming ground floor and an upper floor dedicated to the sleeping area, offering a comfortable and functional setting for your stay in Valras-Plage.



On the ground floor, you will find a bright living room with a dining table, sofa, and TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. This level also provides access to the back courtyard, furnished with a table and chairs, along with a pizza oven that can also be used as a barbecue—perfect for outdoor meals. A washing machine, a separate toilet, and an outdoor shower complete this level.



Upstairs, the sleeping area includes a large bathroom with toilet, a first air-conditioned bedroom featuring a 140 cm double bed and two 90 cm bunk beds, and a second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed.



The entire house is fully air-conditioned on both floors and benefits from Wi-Fi throughout, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay.

Valras-Plage is a seaside resort known for its waterfront, its harbor, and its lively shopping streets. The destination features four beaches along approximately 4 km of coastline, making it an ideal setting for a seaside holiday.



Getting Around:

The beach is approximately 600 meters away. Béziers city center is about 15.4 km away by car, while Béziers Cap d’Agde Airport is around 15.3 km by road. The property is located in a seaside resort known for its seafront, harbor, and shops, offering a pleasant and convenient setting for your stay.



Other Things to Note:

The property is a semi-detached house with one upper floor. It features a pleasant front courtyard with space to park a vehicle, as well as a free dedicated parking space in the street directly in front of the house. At the rear, there is an equipped courtyard with a table, chairs, and a pizza oven that can also be used as a barbecue.



Cleaning is included in your stay, as well as bed linen and towels. A mandatory security deposit of €150 will be required upon arrival via credit card pre-authorization.



Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for €15 per stay. The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot, not with an additional thick mattress. Baby bed linen is not provided.

Early check-in or late check-out: possible only subject to availability, with an extra charge of €40. Late arrival after 11:00 p.m.: €40 extra charge only if an in-person check-in is required. If the late arrival after 11:00 p.m.
