This townhome/condo is super private, and fully fenced with a small yard and patio for enjoying the nice weather! It is walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars in Austin, and less than a 5 minute drive downtown.

The perfect home base for visiting Austin - there is abundant free street parking if you do have a car (parking is not tight, there are always plenty of spaces right in front of the building), but this is really the perfect place if you DONT have a car!

Great location and comfortable

Great spot. Accurate listing. Easy to walk to the coffee stand and taco truck a block away. Two breweries and other food options not far away. Easy to walk to E.Austin or downtown for the ambitious. Con - no wash rags or coffee pot.

Comfortable Stay

This one bedroom condo was very clean and comfortable. The bathtub/shower could be a challenge for older folks because of the relative high wall of the bathtub. There is street parking only which was sometimes a bit of a walk to the condo. This is a good choice for a couple or single person.

Cute townhome/condo

Cute townhome/condo. We enjoyed the walk to the coffee shop every morning and was easy to get to the restaurants and bars. Very quiet location and this place had all the amenities needed. Great communication with the host. Thanks again!
