If you`re searching for a place thats walkable, quiet, and private while also being walking distance to downtown nightlife - you`ve found it! The location is excellent with easy access to Campus and Downtown and entertainment districts on Red River St. or East 6th St. The house is very close to the Rosewood Neighborhood Park and Boggy Creek Greenbelt, which has a pool, splash pad and trails.



Our home is a beautiful private 2 bedroom house close to the Frank Erwin Center, UT Baseball stadium, UT football stadium, and downtown Austin. It also hosts a large TV - perfect for rainy days. The house fits 4 people comfortably between 2 bedrooms, one of which is a queen bed and the other is a full size bed.



Work from home or keep the family entertained with high speed wifi and a large smart TV. Stream your favorites on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ and more!

Cute, minimal modern house

This was the perfect launch pad for activities in East Austin and beyond. Small but efficient and nicely decorated with super comfy beds. Easy to find quiet neighborhood. A public pool within walking distance was a bonus.

Clean and Quiet

This little house was perfect for us. My top 2 needs in a rental are cleanliness and quietness and this was 100% both. It’s remodeled very nice and modern but still has some old charm to it. The bed was super comfortable also. I’m typically a firm bed kind of gal, but this was so soft and cozy.

A good place to stay

Everything went well with the process. The place was fairly well equipped, even with cookie sheets and cooling racks, which we used! The only problem was the bathroom door coming off its hinges. We reported this, and hopefully it will be fixed. The price was great, and a great value for location, cleanliness, and support.

Capitol Day

This spot was 1.5 miles from the Capitol in a nice suburban area, great for walking and running. Quiet neighborhood with little traffic. The house was great and was exactly what I was looking for. Only area for improvement: I had to enter the backdoor, the frontdoor had a different keyless entry system so the door code didn't work up front. Easy work workaround though.

Nice landing pad

The property is as described. It's clean, well equipt and located within short distance (by ride share or single bus) to most areas of Austin. There are some restaurants within walking distance such as Hillside Farmacy (23 minute walk) and a lovely breakfast/lunch spot across the street from that but for the most part, we found we were taking lyft more often than usual. We used it as a landing pad for our adventures. We used it for sleeping and for resting in between daytime adventures and evening/night adventures. It was nicely air conditioned and the beds were comfortable. As I said, it was a great landing pad.
