Cozy private waterfront retreat near Traverse city and Sutton’s bay.

Arrive to a spectacular view of west grand traverse bay! Enjoy a fun filled beach day with your own private sandy beach. Take advantage of the beautiful countryside and landscape that Leelanau County has to offer. In the evening treat yourself to one on the areas many fine restaurants or prepare and enjoy a nice meal around a campfire in the fire ring. The property is a 2 bedroom (both King beds) 2.5 bath with additional futon/pullout for kids. Accommodating 6 adults and up to 6 kids under the age of 5. Our Doc gets put in about mid-May through October 1. license #2026-04

Perfect getaway!

Great stay for our family of 5, the location can’t be beat. Enjoy a meal at the wonderful Farm Club or grab a coffee and some treats at Lakeview Hill Farm & Market, both just minutes away. Spend hours relaxing at the easy access private beach or hop over to a nearby trail for a hike. We loved our time here and hope to visit again in the future.

We loved the beautiful updated interior. So bright, clean, and spacious! It had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. The fenced-in yard was great for our dog, and we enjoyed being able to go across to the beach and water every day. Close to town, but far enough away to avoid the congestion and construction if we wanted.

Relaxing Weekend

We spent a relaxing family weekend away with our dog. Check-in Friday evening was easy and the fenced backyard was nice since we had our dog with us. We enjoyed spending Saturday morning at the private beach across the street. We drove into town for Saturday evening shopping and dinner. Just what we needed for an easy weekend away. Thanks!

As a first time Vrbo user I didn’t know what exactly to expect, but I had a wonderful experience at this lovely property! Everything was exactly as described, if not better. So comfortable and a perfect view. The fenced in yard was a definite selling point since I was traveling with my fur baby. The host communication was very welcoming and had fast responses to any questions. It started to feel like home and I was sorry to have to leave! I will definitely make a return trip in the future!
