Casanova country house ,
is a stone farmhouse, completely independent, on two floors. In the country side on a lovely hill near pieve santo stefano .
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, with a large fireplace, a large living room with an ancient wood stove, home cinema screen . dining room for 16 people, a TV room with fireplace, bathroom with washing machine and a single room with bathroom/shower.
On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, two bedrooms with twin beds, a bedroom with 3 beds, and three bathrooms, two with bath and one with shower.
The house is located in the countryside, and has a beautiful garden full of roses, very well kept. There is a private swimming pool with salt purifier, ping pong table , and a veranda for outdoor dining, with a splendid view of the small Franciscan Monastery Cerbaiolo.
