This pleasant villa features a large garden and a beautiful private saltwater swimming pool (12 x 6 m), perfect for enjoying sunny days. An outdoor shower and a WC complete the pool area for added comfort.

The living room opens onto a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a dining table, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors with family or friends, while overlooking the pool area.

Inside, on the main level, you will find a bright and welcoming air-conditioned living/dining room. A separate, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, cooktop, coffee machine, etc.) completes the living space.

The sleeping area includes one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), as well as a shower room and a WC.

For your comfort: Wi-Fi, television, dishwasher, gas barbecue, sun loungers, garden furniture, private saltwater swimming pool.

To be paid on site: Security deposit €1,200 (credit card, not charged), tourist tax (according to current rates), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning €140.
