Charmante villa en pierre, dans son propre domaine privé de 16000 m², cadre très paisible. Belle vue, avec une grande terrasse donnant sur la vallée. Salon de jardin avec pergola. Piscine privée (6,5 x 3,5 x 1,5 m de profondeur), clôturée, à disposition des locataires (24/24h). Transats et parasol mis à disposition. Entretien et vérification hebdomadaire.
Nature préservée. Idéal pour la marche.
A 2.5km du village de Solliès-Toucas, 3.5km des supermarchés. A 15km de Toulon et Hyères sur la côte.
Deux chambres (1 lit double - 2 lits superposés) ; 1 lit bébé, 1 chaise haute, 1 parc à disposition. Salle de bain et WC séparés.
Cuisine entièrement équipée : lave-linge (linge et lave-vaisselle Siemens), four à chaleur tournante, four micro-ondes, plats, moules à gateaux. Salon confortable. Ventilateurs mis à disposition.

Téléviseur avec abonnement Orange, Wifi gratuit, lecteur DVD et quelques DVD mis à disposition, poste radio avec lecteur CD et ampli.

A little piece of paradise. We enjoyed it so much.

The location of the characteristic house is perfect and very quite. The view from the terrace is absolutely perfect and invites you to spend hours just relaxing there. The house has eyerything you need. Barbecue, washing machine, electric grill etc. It was a little too cold for the pool but would be great in the summer. It was clean. From the house in Sollies Toucas you can go to many different places. We went to Toulon, Cannes, Hyeres but we also took interest in local parks and the beautiful nature. You should Google nearby attractions once you are there. There are many possibilities too enjoy nature. Don't be afraid of the neighbours dogs. They are very cute and not at all dangerous. Just be sure do have something to eat for them as the little one will sit next to you whenever you eat outside. OK, the house has some years on its back and the ways to and around the house are a little wild but for us it just belongs to the whole experience far away from mass tourism and typical hotel resorts. You can have a great time here.

Maison agréable et bien équipée L accès en voiture est un peu particulier mais on s en accommode rapidement Les abords de la piscine auraient besoin de quelques petits travaux de maçonnerie, margelles a replacer par exemple Mention spéciale à Jennifer qui s occupe de la conciergerie, merci pour son professionnalisme et sa grande réactivité

La propriétaire nous a fait séjourner dans un logement avec une piscine verte semblable à une mare de canard, plusieurs carrelages se détachent du sol créant des zones dangereuses pour les enfants, des tuiles cassées sont entreposées tout autour de la résidence, 3 transats cassés inutilisables non signalés par la propriétaire, 2 pièces seules sont équipées de moustiquaire les autres non, à notre arrivée nous avons signalé un ventilateur en panne et comme seule réponse nous avons eu: »je n’ai pas été informé par le locataire suivant ». J’ai acheté un ventilateur d’urgence (facture à l’appui).la propriétaire nous a même demandé de faire plusieurs choses pour rendre la piscine bleue (messages gardés pour preuve), bien sur elle est restée verte. Je vais me rapprocher auprès de mon assistance juridique et voir les recours qui me sont possibles. Mes enfants en bas age, vont faire une batterie de test et je mets en demeure le site Abritel qui m’a pris une commission sans se soucier de la conformité des annonces sur votre site. J’ai toutes les preuves photo et vidéo pour appuyer mes déclarations.

This place is to avoid completely ! It's just a nest of tiger mosquitos against you can't do anything ! Sprays and smoke or anything is helpless ! Day and night it's impossible to use the terrace and the pool is full of mosquitos everyday at 18h. And it's also full of scorpios and bees... The owner knows all that and does not mention it in the description... Add to that, when you are stuck in the house, you can't open the windows because only two windows have mosquitos nest and above all these two windows have mosquito nets that does not work ! There is no oven in the kitchen, the dvd player does not work... The place was so dirty when we arrived, the floor was dirty, the toilet stinks, the bathroom have hair in the tube, the bedroom also was dirty... Avoid this place !!!!!! Endroit à éviter complètement. Le lieu est envahi de moustiques tigres et toutes sortes de produits est inutile, les sprays, les baumes, les spirales, rien n'y fait ! La terrasse est envahie toute la journée donc absolument inutilisable. La piscine est utilisable elle jusqu'à 18h, après c'est fini, c'est l'invasion. Le propriétaire est au courant de tout cela et ne le mentionne pas dans l'annonce. De plus, une fois enfermés dans la villa, il est impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres car quasiment aucune n'a de moustiquaire (pourquoi faire n'est-ce pas ?) et les seules qui en ont, dans les chambres, les moustiquaires sont tellement pourries qu'il y a des trous de un à deux centimètres en bas. Donc autant dire qu'elles ne servent à rien. Ajouter à cela la saleté des lieux : sols dégueulasses à notre arrivée, toilettes crades, salle de bains pas nettoyée (poils et cheveux dans la baignoire), la cuisine idem... Et la cuisine n'a pas de four alors que c'est noté dans les équipements... Bref ! Endroit à éviter surtout à 180e la nuit !!!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick über das Tal. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Und der Pool ist natürlich an heissen Tagen purer Luxus. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist unkompliziert und freundlich. Vielen Dank für alles.

La situation est idéale: en retrait de l'agitation de la côte sans en être trop éloigné, proche d'un GR pour des ballades dans une nature sauvage, avec une vue dégagée de la terrasse et de la piscine sur un paysage très vert et quel calme! J'y reviendrai!

Abenteuerlich für Individual Touristen

Die Zufahrt ist am besten nur mit einem Geländewagen älteren Baujahres zu meistern. Die Wege und Treppen zum Haus sind zugewachsen und renovierungsbedürftig, ausserdem nicht für Gehbehinderte geeignet. Die Terrassen und die Schwimmbadbereiche sind holprig. Das Ambiente ensprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen und hatte seine besten Zeiten zum teil schon hinter sich. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber auch nicht besonders geschützt, man fühlt sich Nachts unsicher.

Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Steinhaus in den Bergen

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Handtücher und Bettwäsche befinden sich im Haus. Wer einen top angelegten Garten erwartet, ist hier allerdings falsch. Der Garten ist wunderschön, jedoch wild und nicht angelegt. Ohne Pool hätten wir es in der Hitze (bis zu 40 Grad) nicht ausgehalten. Die Umrandung des Pools ist nicht mehr die neuste, war aber nur ein optischer Mangel. Das Gelände ist an einer Stelle recht steil, also für kleinere Kinder (die man wahrscheinlich sowieso nicht ohne Aufsicht durch den Garten laufen lassen würde) nicht unbedingt so gut geeignet. Der Nachbarshund, wir nannten ihn Ricco, kommt hier und da vorbei, unsere Kinder haben sich riesig über ihn gefreut. Die Strände von Toulon sind 20 - 30 Minuten entfernt. Und wunderschön. Im Dorf Sollies Toucas gibt es einen kleinen Bäcker, einen Obstladen und einen kleinen Spar, wunderschön. Das Haus liegt hoch oben in den Bergen, also wer Party und Menschen sucht, ist hier in jedem Fall falsch. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Pretty house hidden in lovely scenery

A petty little house set up in the hills. The house was nice and clean and well equipped with everything we needed although a little dated. Pool area is lovely and private and the house is very well situated for exploring the region. We loved sharing the garden and hillside with the wild pigs and goats!

Prettige woning

We hebben een mooie vakantieweek in deze woning gehad. De inrichting vonden wij enigszins gedateerd en donker overkomen, maar alles wat we nodig hadden was volop aanwezig. De aanwezigheid van het zwembad was heerlijk.

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit Pool

Eher nach deutschen Ansprüchen einfach eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, aber dafür mit allen benötigten Sachen ausgestattet. Werkzeug, Batterien, Kerzen, Klopapier, alles schon im Haus und daher wirklich perfekt. WLAN und SAT Tv auch vorhanden. Der Pool sehr gepflegt (2 mal die Woche gereinigt) und wunderbar gelegen. Achtung der Weg zum Haus geht über eine Schotterstrecke. Dafür ideal für Familien, die auch mal einfach einen Pooltag einlegen wollen. Der Strand von Hyeres ca. 25 km entfernt, jedoch recht gut zu erreichen. Kein Verkehr zu hören, die nächsten Nachbarn um die 50 m ? entfernt. Für den Preis waren wir insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

"fantastic"

We had a wonderful vacation! The house is really nice with all the comfort you need. There is terrace where you can enjoy a great view. It was really nice to sit there to have breakfast and dinner. In the house you will find all the equipment you need. Even a barbecue that we used quite often. And we really enjoyed the nice pool with fantastic view! It was so nice at the pool that we stayed there almost the whole week. We only went once to the beach (Hyeres ) which is only 15 to 20 minutes by car. Everything was well organised by the owner of the house (information about the house, the keys and even a video with the route description to the house). It was a wonderful vacation and we hope to come back very soon!

Que du bonheur !

C'est une charmante maison, très bien équipée, très propre, très calme, en un mot vraiment parfaite pour une famille qui, comme la nôtre, recherche un endroit tranquille mais proche de toutes les facilités et de la mer. Le propriétaire est également très à l'écoute de nos remarques et les satisfait. En bref, nous n'avons pas pour habitude de revenir à un endroit mais là, nous avons vraiment trouvé notre bonheur... Vivement l'année prochaine !

Ruhiger Familienurlaub

Ein sehr schön ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus. Man hat einen herrlichen Blick in die Umgebung. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Wir haben das Haus sehr sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten beim Supermarkt oder in 20 bsi 30 Minuten am Strand. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.

Ein schönes Haus für Ruhesuchende

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und man findet alles, was man braucht. Zur Selbstversorgung ist alles perfekt. Es gibt mehrere Liegestühle am Pool und auf der Terrasse. Der Pool liegt etwas oberhalb des Hauses und ist über ein paar Stufen erreichbar. An zwei Tagen wird der Pool gereinigt. Wir haben das Haus sehr sauber vorgefunden. Geschirr gibt es reichlich und eine gute Wasch- und Spülmaschine steht zur Verfügung. Reinigungsmittel kann man getrost zu Hause lassen. Auch hiervon ist alles da. Das Haus liegt ca. 2,5 km vom Ortskern entfernt, wo man einen Bäcker findet. Die großen Supermärkte findet man in Sollies-Pont (ca. 5-10 Min. Fahrt). Die Strände erreicht man in 20 bis 30 Min. Jedoch ist es auch sehr schön am Pool zu verweilen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und fand per E-Mail statt. Wer Ruhe sucht und ein Haus in der Natur mag, wird dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbringen.
