This 4 bedroom home is centrally located. Grocery stores and restaurants are less than a 3 minute drive away! Lee University is less than 5 miles away. 3 bedrooms with 2 baths, living room and kitchen upstairs while downstairs there is a 4th bedroom, a living room, refrigerator and its own bathroom. Home also features a furnished screened in porch and a deck, all in a safe and friendly neighborhood.

Notes -
The downstairs has multiple windows, and entertaining space with its own bathroom and bedroom. This bedroom does not have any windows.

There are a few steps to get into the home, and a staircase, be mindful for children. Once on the patio there is another staircase down to the lower part of the yard, or walkway that is sloped.

Great Property!

What a fantastic home! We were in Cleveland for my son’s wedding and this house was perfect! It was spotless, spacious and comfortable! It was close to anything and everything we needed, but there were plenty of little extras that made our stay really nice. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this property! Thank you so much!
