Stephanie & Dave are the new owners of The Saucy Willow Inn! It is a family operated property which is situated less than 155 kms North East of Downtown Toronto and located on the banks of Balsam Lake. Originally built in 1878, operated as a lodging house but now the main home remains on 2 beautiful acres surrounded by four cottages and 200 feet of pristine water frontage with a beach area, and two boat docks. We are well travelled, and decided it was our turn to host you and your family.

We saw the potential in Coboconk, Ontario and specifically The Saucy Willow Inn & Cottages. Over the summer of 2021, we will be making major improvements to the cabins and the property.

Situated on the shores of Balsam Lake, it boasts 200 feet of lovely waterfront, clear water, & a sand beach. As it is the highest point on the Trent-Severn Waterway, Balsam Lake is known as the cleanest lake in the Kawarthas.

There are a ton of things to do here at the inn and the surrounding area. So sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay.

The Inn has the coolest history. One of the oldest buildings in Coboconk, and the cottages have all been renovated and updated!
