Relax and stay awhile at Casa Rex, a newly renovated, modern farmhouse located just inside the Marshall city limits with plenty of parking. The open floorplan is bright and cheery with excellent wifi and plenty of space for everyone. To make you feel more at home, we have a fully equipped kitchen, a Jacuzzi tub, and quality bedding. During your stay, enjoy all that the Buffalo National River (15 mins), Branson, MO (1 hour), and Blanchard Springs Caverns (1 hour) have to offer!

Lovely Stay in Small Town Arkansas

It was a lovely stay at a central location for four families. Loved hiking, fire pit, and playing card games and board games. The kitchen was well-stocked with kitchen utensils, cookware, and dishware.

Friends/family float trip

Two families come together for our annual Buffalo float trip. We decided to stay a couple of nights this year to make it easier and have more fun and we made the right decision. The house was perfect for us. Had everything we needed and was clean!

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay at Casa Rex! There is so much room! Parking is off the street and enough for two or more cars. We were pleasantly surprised the exterior is updated from the listing. Gwen was great to work with and we will be planning our next stay soon!

Comfy and convenient

We enjoyed having coffee on the front porch, PLENTY of room in the house, and the convenient location to the Dark Sky Festival and area hiking. Gwen was very quick to reply to us whenever we reached out. The interior design/remodel was beautiful! We’ll stay again when we’re in Marshall.

Close to Buffalo River

We needed somewhere close to Buffalo River Outfitters for our canoe trip. This was everything we needed. We had 4 adults, a child and 3 teens. The bunk room was awesome and large enough for all the kids. Air works great kept us freezing .We loved how stocked the kitchen was and all the extras provided in.case you forgot something.

Gwen was so very nice. She surprised me with a sweet (literally) gift bag. The location of this house is stellar, right in the middle of town just off the main square. Everything needed is provided. I highly recommend this VRBO.

All our needs were met.

We were very happy with our stay. The house was well stocked with everything we could need for cooking multiple days including grilling. Plenty of linens, towels, and amenities. The decore was inviting and relaxing and all the electronics worked without a hitch. Gwen was very responsive and took special care and offered great advice for fishing spots. Thank you!

We were in the area for a family wedding and annual reunion. Casa Rex was right in the middle of everything! Very nice and clean home! Owner communication was quick and very friendly and was very accommodating!!! We hate to leave our 4 leg baby when we go on trips and was able to bring her with us!! The house was very nicely decorated and bedrooms worked perfectly for two couples. Honestly, the floors could use a deep clean - sticky and feet were literally black after walking barefoot for a bit. But, we still enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend!!

We love Marshall AR and Casa Rex - this is our second year in a row staying here. Gwen handled an air conditioning issue with great urgency! Exceeding all expectations of getting the AC fixed - on a holiday weekend no less - it was fixed while we were out to dinner! Gwen is easy to get a hold of and promptly responds. Our stay at casa Rex was amazing. Gwen made everything as easy as possible. We stayed over Thanksgiving. She made sure we had the pans and cookie sheets to prepare our Thanksgiving feast. I have never stayed at a rental with such an accommodating host. The house itself was absolutely perfect. We love the setup. You won't regret staying here. We went on hikes and visited Blanchard caverns. Everything was within about an hour's drive.

Very homey atmosphere.

I can tell that Casa Rex’s owner cares about making her guests feel welcome. She has thought of a lot of small touches that make the Home comfortable, such as a surprise welcome gift. The kitchen is well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. It seemed like the bedroom was soundproofed. I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The second bathroom was a very tight fit- Not good for anyone except a small person. Other than that, Casa Rex provided everything we needed and more. It is located conveniently close to Buffalo River outfitters for float trips, about a 15 minute drive.

Hidden Gem!

We stayed for a weekend and while pulling up were thinking "it is another vrbo" once we opened the door, we were pleasantly surprised. The interior was decorated very well and there were a lot of personal touches. We received a note and some gifts from the host. We found everything we needed to enjoy our stay and will be staying here again.
