Authentic Normandy farmhouse near a Seine nature reserve

Idéal pour des séjours en famille. Accueil bébé.

Cette authentique longère de 100 m2 au coeur de 4000 m2 de jardin et à proximité du site naturel classé du Marais Vernier et de la route des chaumières.
Parking.

Cuisine équipée avec robot cuisine et lave-vaisselle , 2 salles de bains avec douche et WC.

3 chambres dont une avec un lit de 160 et 2 chambres avec lit de 140.
Les deux chambres à l’étage sont en enfilade séparées par un bureau et une salle de bain et une sortie possible vers l’extérieur.

ATTENTION : pour le canapé futon UNIQUEMENT ( situé dans une des deux chambres à l'étage) , DRAPS ET COUETTE ne sont PAS FOURNIS. Les draps et couettes pour les 3 lits sont fournis.

Lit parapluie bébé, une chaise haute bébé, et une baignoire gonflable bébé.

A l'extérieur: barbecue , chaises longues, 2 terrasses avec tables de jardin.

Au coeur de la nature à 12 minutes en voiture de la Venise normande Pont-Audemer où vous pourrez trouver tous les commerces et services essentiels (supermarché, cinéma, pharmacie...)

En dehors de ces aspects pratiques, la ville de Pont-Audemer vaut le détour car pleine de charme et très animée, ses canaux de la Risle sur lesquels on peut faire du canoë, son marché, ses animations estivales.

The cottage was exactly what I looking for. It was remote but close to everything we wanted to see in the Northern France region. Perfect location to visit Étretat and Normandie Beaches for D day remembrance. The showers were great. We had a miscommunication about turning on the furnace but it was quickly resolved. The rooms were very clean and the property has a quaint French country feel. There is an excellent Boulangerie about 10 min from the property that has the best croissant I have ever had! Astrid and Aurelie were very helpful! I would stay here again!

Nous avons passé 4 nuits agréables malgré la chaleur, la maison est bien isolée.Étant en présence d'un bébé, pour réchauffer les purées, nous aurions apprécié d'avoir un micro onde...Nous avons visité deux fois Honfleur, puis Pont Audemer, le marais vernier, une ferme aux poulettes avec plein d'animaux et sommes repartis avec de bons oeufs.Je recommande cette location.

Bonjour Brigitte Je suis heureuse que votre séjour se soit bien déroulé dans notre longère. Concernant l'absence du micro-onde, en effet c'est un choix délibéré de notre part de ne pas en avoir, ce qui est d'ailleurs stipulé ou plutôt non coché dan sla liste des équipements de la maison.
