This vacation rental is perfect for a family getaway or for business trip. Equipped with smart TVs in each bedroom and common areas. Chill game room to relax and spend family quality family time. Fenced in backyard with a private sitting area perfect for warm evenings!

Kitchen features stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, range, oven and dishwasher. Office space in one of bedroom with high speed internet for remote work. No smoking or pets permitted in the house. Pack'n play for family traveling with younger kids.

The house was nice for our stay! Everything as described! The beds were very comfortable! The house was a great location close to everything! Nice neighborhood! Only negative is that the garage turned bedroom was cold even when the heat was on! But we managed! I would definitely book again

Swim meet in Greensboro

Overall the house met our needs, there were 3 of us there for a swim meet at the GAC - it was a 16 minute drive to GAC and there food and grocery options near by.Pros:nice neighborhoodcomfortable bedsTVs in every roompictures matched the listingCons:1 - 3rd bedroom was unusable due to no heat being circulated in this area - fortunately we did not use that bedroom but if you are planning on using it, it could be an issue. 2 - dust on baseboards - maybe a quick reclean was needed?3 - the knob in the shower constantly fell off - you had to set the temperature and then you would have to screw on the knob to turn shower off4-the basement was freaky - it looked like it had black mold on walls - the washer and dryer was down there and I wouldve used it more but it freaked me out to even go down to the basement 5-the kitchen utensils could use a refresh - baking sheets were scratched and gross. 6- a light by the door where you enter/exit would be helpful - very hard to unlock door with no light7 - this is the most concerning - the back door swung open to us not shutting door completely (our fault) when we when we were gone for a short while,but when we were checking the house to ensure no one was there - we found out that 10 of the windows were UNLOCKED. We went around and checked out all of them and locked them all...8 - over priced for what we receieved - game room was not what we expected - just a convertible foos ball/mini pool table

Enjoyed the stay

Great communication with owner and property manager (I think). Property was as described. A plumbing issue to overcome, but not enough to ruin the stay. Property could stand flooring repair throughout. Backyard space was sooo peaceful. Gaming table was a great addition. All told, two families enjoyed the stay.

Very comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. The check in process was easy and the host was very responsive. It is an older home that has been nicely renovated, and the garage converted to a 3rd bedroom. Each bedroom has a tv and the beds were very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked best in the 3rd bedroom, but was a little spotty in other parts of the house. I would recommend adding a kettle for tea drinkers (though the Keurig coffeemaker was appreciated). I would also recommend at least one full length mirror (none of the bedrooms had mirrors), a trash can with a pedal so you don’t have to open the lid by hand, and waste baskets in the bedrooms. Also consider adding a railing to the steps as you enter the house. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and we would stay here again. Would highly recommend this property.

Race weekend

We spent a few days here during spring break to enjoy warmer weather and run a local 5k race. The house location was perfect for getting around to places like the science center, courthouse park and several great restaurants. It was clean and has new, comfortable furnishings. The yard did not offer much privacy, but we were still able to enjoy an afternoon beverage there. The place has the basics. It is not a large space, but it was enough for the two of us. We enjoyed the city of Greensboro and it's running community.
