Newly renovated six bedroom beach house overlooking picturesque north shore harbor and beach front. Short walk to the beach which offers live bands every weekend, full bar and restaurant and nature trail. Kayak and boat launch available.
The space
This home is special because it can be shared between families that want to vacation together but still maintain an essence of privacy as there is a connecting door between the two spaces. With four bedrooms on one side and two on the other.
Guest access
Guests will have access to half the house and the back yard and full driveway. Owner resides with 2 dogs on the other side. Owner uses front entrance only to allow complete privacy for guests.

A good experience

House was perfect for my big extended family, we rented off-season so there was work being done on the house but the owner and her caretaker were excellent at communicating and addressing the small issues I had. Really nice big living room where we could all hang out, good kitchen, very comfortable.

Family Gathering for Son's Wedding

Miller Place was just the right place for our family gathering to celebrate our son's wedding in nearby Wading River. The house was perfect to accommodate our group of 11. Plenty of room to gather together, play games, prepare and eat meals and sleep peacefully. The location was ideal for long walks to the beach and nearby parks - the views from the house were gorgeous. We enjoyed the best of the fall weather by visiting local wineries and farm stands. We made many family memories at Miller Place.

Terrible Trip

We got to the house and found that no one had cleaned the house before we arrived. There were dirty towels and dirty sheets stuff in both laundry areas! The garbage pail was full of someone else’s garbage. The WI-FI didn’t work and when I tried to contact Sheila, is he never answered. Would not recommend

Family reunion fun

We stayed at this gorgeous home when my sisters and their children and grand children were on Long Island to celebrate our father’s 90th birthday. The event was at Danford’s which was about 10 minutes away. The home was spacious and the multiple balconies provided lovely views. Sheila was a wonderful host who donates proceeds to veteran organizations, that’s amazing. We had beautiful weather all weekend and took nice long walks on the beach. This home was perfect for us all.
