This 3,600 square foot house sits on an acre lot in the desirable Windtree subdivision, only 10 miles from the Augusta National with an easy traffic pattern to course. New addition of downstairs master bedroom suite with spa like bathroom. The spacious kitchen has a table in the breakfast area and adjoins the formal dining room and living room. There is an office/sitting room on the main floor as well. The five bedrooms, upstairs, are very large. The house can sleep 12 as is and can be arranged to sleep more. One of the upstairs bedrooms has connected private bathroom with jacuzzi. The large deck is great for entertaining and the home's close proximity to North Augusta/Augusta/ Evans is a plus.

Originally from Durham, N.C. I started calling North Augusta home in 2009. My husband grew up in the area. We enjoy spending time with family, traveling, and going to our mountain house. My husband likes to golf! We love hosting because our home is so spacious and cozy! It's such a great addition to the Masters experience and our renters, each year, always rave on the accommodations. It is also a nice way for us to get out of town for the week!

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is highly desirable and such a clean, safe area. We love the large lots and all the trees (although significantly less than before Hurricane Helene). No two houses are the same and all are well maintained. The excellence given to landscaping and presentation add to the ambience of the neighborhood vibe.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique in that we have a newly renovated downstairs master bedroom with a luxury bathroom adjoining, and an additional original master bedroom upstairs also with an adjoining bathroom with jacuzzi. The spacious bedrooms provide extra comfort. The outdoor area is great for entertaining, including an outdoor firepit area around the back of the stand alone three car garage.
