Close to all the action along 30A, but tucked away in the peaceful neighborhood of Grande Pointe. Just half a mile to the pristine sands and turquoise waters of Inlet Beach! Amenities include three porches... a chef's kitchen... a picturesque neighborhood pool and dock... and tons of restaurants nearby.

Adventurers will want to ride the beach cruisers (4 provided) to the beach, Camp Helen nature trails, or along the scenic path to Rosemary and Alyss Beaches. Rent a SUP or kayak and explore Powell Lake. Hang out at the beautiful community pool. And of course the amazing gulf is always an option - try out the two boogey boards or relax in a beach chair (beach chairs, small beach umbrellas and beach towels are included). The outdoor shower makes cleaning up a breeze.

Inside, enjoy a movie on the 65" TV - Netflix, HBO Max and Hulu are provided. The master suite features a comfy king bed, TV, desk, and a screened porch that's the perfect place for morning coffee. The second bedroom also boasts a plush king bed and TV. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a TV. A full-size washer and dryer are available for your use. The house was built in 2018, with the light, bright feel and open spaces we love with new construction.

Great Spring Break

The house was perfect! Diane was so helpful and responsive! Everything we needed and so relaxing to come home to after a day at the beach. The location was quiet and outside the craziness of spring breakers but still close enough to get to beach and restaurants easily. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time on our family vacation. The owner was very accommodating and was quick to respond to any questions I had. The home was clean, roomy, relaxing, and well equipped. Coffee pot made good hot coffee and the beds allowed us to rest well! Would love to come back!

Perfect house!

Very clean and spacious home. Open floor plan is great for the family. Large oversized kitchen island. Great location close to beach but not righty on the busy Main Street of Rosemary. We had an absolutely great time and owner was so easy to do business with. Thank you!!!

Family spring break vaca

Overall this house was great and plenty of room for our family of 5. The first floor was spacious and comfortable. Great kitchen. We appreciated having a few staples there like coffee filters. We also appreciated the beach gear we could borrow. It would be a long walk to the beach with our little ones and beach gear but was a quick drive. Also pretty close (about a mile) from cute area of Rosemary Beach.

Home away from Home

Diane was the sweetest lady. She had all the details before check in which made it so easy to just arrive and walk in. The house was sooooo clean and very well equipped for anything you needed. The outside shower had hot and cold water. The community pool is AMAZING and steps away. Such close and easy access to the beach. Kitchen was amazing. Gorgeous scenery all around and just so COZY all around. Quite and peacefull and great sweet neighbors. Definitely a place to save and keep vacationing!!!

Wonderful house and host!

This was our second time staying in this neighborhood and first time staying at this property. 5 stars for all! Home is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all you need for a great vacation...beach chairs/toys/boogie boards. Kitchen had everything we needed for making simple meals and transporting items to the beach. Diane was a wonderful host and responsive to all our questions. If you have kids, you'll especially love the 1-min drive to the beach with ramp access, parking, and nice bathrooms, as well as the neighborhood pool (3-5 ft deep). We hope to come back soon! :)

Wonderful house in Inlet Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. It was the cleanest and most well-stocked rental we’ve ever stayed in. We loved the location- close to the beach, pool, the activities in Rosemary Beach. The neighborhood was nice to walk around in and having the beach bikes available was an added plus. We enjoyed riding to the beach and going to the shops and restaurants in nearby Rosemary Beach. Diane was so very nice to work with. In fact, due to our vacation schedule change, we asked if we could arrive a few days earlier. Diane was able to accommodate us and we were delighted. This was our first visit to Inlet Beach and we hope to visit again as it was a wonderful experience. We definitely would stay at this property as it had everything we needed and more. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the close proximity to so many activities. There were 2 Publix supermarkets very close by too which we liked as we cooked most of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen. This property had all the comforts of home and then some.

Great Property, Great Host, Great Stay

Well appointed, well maintained and well stocked. More spacious than the pictures. Short walk to pool and pier on lake where boys fished daily. Beach access worked as there is state park is to East there is a bit less crowd than other parts of 30A.Two pet peeves that I do not hold against the Host because they were out of their control. They are building a new house next door. They started hammering at 7 am each day but arrived earlier. The master bedroom is on that side so it was an unwanted, early wakeup. I do not understand why you would do that construction in the hottest, busiest part of the year. The other involves another renter in our group who stayed on the same street. I understand HOA rules. We had hung our 3 x 5 group sign on a lower porch where you could not see it driving by but could see it from the driveway. It was not so much that the HOA gentlemen knocked and requested it be taken down but the way he did it. The wife answered and she was in the middle of dealing with her elderly parents who were staying with them. She told the HOA gentleman she would get her husband to take it down when he got out of the shower. The HOA gentleman said in a very rude and abrasive way that she would have to take it down NOW and he would not leave until she did. So the HOA has zero problem with folks paying this much being woken before 7 am on their vacation but a huge problem on the level of a felony with a small sign that someone walking by MIGHT see.

Don't miss this lovely rental!

Our family of 6 couldn't have been more pleased with this rental and count ourselves blessed to be the first guests in this beautiful home. We made the reservation somewhat last minute by which time all the most popular properties were already booked. Having never reserved a place with zero reviews, we were initially unsure. However, any concerns were quickly allayed once we began communicating with Diane, the host, who responded quickly and was so gracious, accommodating and helpful throughout our entire stay. This home is situated in a very new, lovely residential neighborhood away from the maddening crowds, but still close enough to bicycle or drive to the more touristy areas. After spending time in those busy, crowded locations to eat and shop we were ever grateful to return to our quiet, private neighborhood and spacious, well-appointed home where we could truly relax. We've rented quite a few properties over the years in different parts of the country. Without a doubt, this one ranks at the top in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and amenities. One of the highlights is the very well-stocked kitchen which made preparing meals and eating in a pleasure. Prior to this trip, our family last visited FL 10 years ago. Absolutely too long between trips! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home and look forward to travelling here again soon. And when we do we would love to stay here again.

Why they chose this property

We love how quiet and friendly our neighborhood is, and spending time with friends at the pool. Be sure to check out Camp Helen State Park across the street, with lovely shaded trails, beautiful views of Powell Lake, lots of wildlife, and some restored old cabins. You can rent a kayak or paddle board there and explore Powell Lake, the largest coastal dune lake in Florida, on your own. Rainy day? Head to the outlets at Miramar beach, or play a family board game.

What makes this property unique

Bike to the beach! The easiest route is to turn right out of the driveway on Grande Pointe Dr, then turn right at the traffic circle on Grande Pointe Blvd. Turn left on N Walton Lakeshore Dr, cross over Hwy 98 on the crosswalk, and continue straight to the beach (about 0.7 mile to Phillips Inlet beach access point).
