GUEST ACCESS

- When you stay at Knotty Nest, this is your home. You have full access to the property, inside and out, with the exception of the locked owners’ closets.

- You will get a unique door code before check-in. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and includes free parking for one vehicles. No need to meet anyone for keys.

- Parking for 1 car directly in front of the cabin

- Mountain roads throughout the Smokies can have sharp turns, blind hills, and narrow passing. A vehicle with 4WD is recommended in rain and snow.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Guests under 23 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The hot tub is for guests 23 and over and children accompanied by their parent/legal guardian only. Alcohol is not allowed in or near the hot tub.

- Early check-in or late check-out cannot be guaranteed, but we ask that you please inquire if needed.

- We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee. For longer stays we recommend bringing additional supplies. We are fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, sponge, salt/pepper, spices, cooking oil, tea, and sugar for your convenience!

- The gas fireplace is shut off from April 1 to September 30, as is standard with every other cabin in the Smokies.

- A vehicle equipped with 4WD/AWD is recommended.

- Although we love our furry friends, we do not allow pets.

- All guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance through Vrbo to protect against a change in plans due to illness or weather. We cannot make exceptions to our stated cancellation policy.

The master bedroom, located downstairs, is the perfect retreat for couples looking to unwind and get cozy. This serene space features a luxurious king-sized bed, a soothing jacuzzi tub, and a 45-inch Roku TV for a relaxing evening in. A modern electric fireplace adds a touch of warmth and ambiance, perfect for snuggling up on those cold winter nights. The master bedroom also boasts a private deck with two rocking chairs and a small table, allowing you to sip your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful nature surrounding you. Additionally, the lower level is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, so you can easily take care of laundry during your stay.

The main floor includes a convenient powder room for guests, offering easy access to the living areas. Downstairs, the master suite features a full bath with a shower/tub combo, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
