If you are looking for a dreamy coastal getaway, look no further than this three-story home in the heart of North Myrtle Beach! Located on a small lake, this family-friendly vacation home is just one block from attractions and restaurants on Main Street. The open floor plan allows for seamless days of both entertaining and relaxing. Two huge balconies offer ample room to kick back with a book or a beverage, while the covered waterfront patio presents yet another spot to enjoy the water views. Inside the home, find a sunlit living area with hardwood floors and a flatscreen TV as well as a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Each well-furnished bedroom is appointed with a flatscreen TV and two of the bedrooms have access to an outdoor space. A half bath and private laundry room add even more convenience. Added perks include free WiFi, an outdoor shower, provided board games, and central AC.

A few updating

The house was beautiful. Living-room couches a bit outdated and worn out. Patio chairs bottom were out wasn't able to use on the master room balcony. The loft wasn't what i expected, it were just a small hall space between two bedroom. The pillows also can be replace very flat, then the pillowcase wasn't long enough to fit them. I would stay again hopefully these few things would be better next time.

Not very Clean

Arrived at the property and noticed the dirty stove top as well as dust on the counters then went to the master bedroom to discover dog hair and pet dander and more dust! My wife is allergic to dust and dog and cat hair. The listing stated no pets allowed but someone had pets in the house and the stick vac's had lots of animal hair in them. The air condition filter had dust an inch thick on it and I changed it, my wife was not pleased at all!! we spent over 2 thousand dollars for a place that we had to clean when we got there. I contacted the rental company to let them know and they said that they would send someone to clean it but I declined. My thinking is that whoever they sent the first time didn't clean it, why should I have to leave only to have them do a crappy job again. so we did it ourselves. The house is very nice but I will not stay there again.
