This beautiful house in La Tranche-sur-Mer is ideal for your holiday with a large group, whether family or friends.

With its generous 200 m² of living space and capacity for 14 guests, it offers ample room for everyone to feel comfortable.

Located close to the sea and shops, it's the perfect base for fully enjoying the Vendée seaside atmosphere.

The living areas have been designed for everyone's comfort. There are six bedrooms: four bedrooms each have a 140 cm double bed, while two more spacious bedrooms offer 160 cm beds. A comfortable sofa bed completes the sleeping arrangements.

Linens and towels are provided for an additional fee.

To make your stay easier, the house is fully equipped.

There are two bathrooms, a real advantage for groups.

The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and even a raclette grill for convivial gatherings. A washing machine and dryer are also available, a welcome convenience for longer stays, as well as an iron and hairdryer.
