Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, this multi-level house stands out for its modern comfort, natural light and generous living spaces. Perfect for a family holiday, a trip with friends or a business stay, it offers a welcoming and relaxing setting, with all essential amenities close at hand.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, cleaning is included and 4★ hotel-quality linen (bed linen, towels, tea towels) is provided. For your comfort, the beds will be carefully prepared before your arrival.


The accommodation comprises the following :

- A bright 24 m² living room, equipped with a TV, ideal for spending time together in a welcoming setting after a day exploring the city.
- A fully equipped kitchen including : refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils, designed to make preparing meals easy and allow you to fully enjoy your stay.
- Four comfortable bedrooms, including a master suite on the top floor (160x200), open-plan and directly accessible from the top of the stairs, with a private shower; two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160×200), located on a mezzanine level and accessible via alternating-tread stairs; as well as an additional bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), providing an ideal environment in which to relax and unwind.
- An additional bathroom with bathtub, as well as a separate WC for added everyday comfort.
- Additional amenities : air conditioning, washing machine and tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron, providing everything you need for an independent and comfortable stay.

Located in a pleasant and lively neighbourhood of Schiltigheim, the house enjoys a convenient location close to shops, restaurants, bars, boutiques and markets. Just outside Strasbourg, it is an ideal base from which to easily reach the city's historic centre and fully enjoy its unique atmosphere.

- The “Futura Glacière” tram stop (line B) is a 6-minute walk from the accommodation and provides access to Strasbourg city centre in less than 20 minutes.
- Strasbourg Cathedral can be reached in 20 minutes by public transport, 20 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bicycle.
- Strasbourg International Airport can be reached by public transport and by car.

- The street is currently undergoing roadworks and is temporarily inaccessible by car.
- Two bedrooms located on the mezzanine level are accessible via alternating-tread stairs, which require a little extra care when using them.
