Cocoonr agency offers this charming 100 m² house in Locmiquélic to rent for up to 7 people.

It comprises a 36 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 200 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 36 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double sofa bed
- Shower room (with shower and WC)

First floor:
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with a single bed and a desk
- Shower room and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 200 m² enclosed and private garden, facing south-east, to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Locmiquélic, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Lorient Bretagne Sud airport (Lann Bihoué): approx. 25 mins.
- Rennes-Saint-Jacques airport: approximately 1 h 15
