Welcome to G-1 located on the 1st floor in the North Tower in Ocean Creek Resort. Ocean Creek is a 57 acre, oceanfront, gated resort with 24 hour security.

Our first floor condo, (technically 2nd floor as we have a ground level lobby) is convenient to the beach, upper parking deck and pool . Our condo is freshly painted and newly refurbished. Our living room has a sleeper sofa, new chair, area rug and new wall mounted TV. Our kitchen has new white, shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, and subway tile backsplash.....new pics coming December! We have a smooth surface range and new stainless fridge. Kitchen has all your dinnerware, cookware, and bakeware needs. Our condo has new ceramic tile throughout all living areas and new LVT flooring in the bedrooms. Living room/dining area, kitchen as well as both bedrooms are oceanfront. The oceanfront master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and sliding glass doors to the small private balcony. The en suite full bath has new tub/shower combo with tiled tub surround and new double vanity sink with quartz top, new lighting and new mirrors. We have a walk-in closet off the powder room. The guest bedroom has a new queen bed, TV, and a full en suite bath. The guest bath has a new vanity (2022), new lighting and new mirror and new tiled walk in shower. We have a front load washer/dryer. Our condo has been professionally decorated with upscale furnishings and custom drapes. All of our sliding glass doors are new and easy to open and close. G-1 overlooks the North Tower pool, ocean, and Beach Club. Guests will love relaxing on our extra large balcony with high top table and 2 chairs + a large standard height table and 4 chairs.
