El apartamento es estupendo. Muy bien equipado.

La comunidad donde se encuentra el apartamento no solo es muy vieja sino que además está muy descuidada. Comentar que además del precio del alquiler, cobran aparte la disponibilidad de toallas y sábanas, limpieza, y kilovatio de luz consumido. Además si la entrega de llaves se realiza después de las 8 de la tarde te recargan también una cantidad. Me parecen desproporcionadas las cantidades a cobrar por estos servicios. Vamos que tu les pagas el alquiler y asumes tambien los gastos.
