El cliente reservó un apartamento .
En la publicación del apartamento en Vrbo salen fotos de todos los servicios que se ofrecen aparte del apartamento como parking de pago,como se especifica en la publicación,cafetería y las zonas comunes como parque infantil,jacuzzi y piscina.
El cliente dice que como hay parking le pertenece parking.
Menos mal que No se le antojó que mi moto que sale en la fotografía en la plaza de aparcamiento no la quisiera también.

Limpieza por 50€ y estaba muy sucio
Dice q tiene parking y aparcas en una plaza del hotel no de él .
Entras a las 16:00 aunq te tiene esperando más de media hora en la calle.
Y en la piscina no te dejan pasar xq no paga la comunidad, aunq le chica de allí nos dejó .
Y a al dueño ni lo ves solo por llamadas y wasap hablas con el.

El día anterior por la noche el propietario se puso en contacto conmigo para poner pegas a la reserva, que era un apartamento de 1 dormitorio, que éramos 4... Al día siguiente, a 1 hora escasa de llegar a Alicante, me llega el mensaje de que el propietario anula la reserva. Todo lo que era amabilidad se convirtió en mala educación, incluso con insultos (enviados por audios de WhatsApp) que están grabados. Hasta que me bloquea. Resumiendo, me encuentro en Alicante, con mi familia y 2 perros, y sin alojamiento. Es cierto que devolvió lo pagado, pero 4 días después, y el perjuicio causado ahí está. Está denunciado.
