About this property

Newly Renovated with Finished Basement

This beautiful house is located near Lake Michigan in Northwest Indiana, less than 10 minutes from the expressway and toll road. There is a stainless steel kitchen, spa bathroom, finished basement and bar with sleeping capacity to accommodate two families. This is a smart home with Ring db, lights and thermostat controlled by your voice. We are less than an hour drive from downtown Chicago, and there are many great beaches nearby. Shopping and great dining options are also within a close drive.

This is a very safe neighborhood with lots of friendly people around. Easy access to Central Ave. which will get you quickly to restaurants, shopping and the highway.

NO PARTIES, or large gatherings of any type. Confetti of any type is not allowed on the premises-interior and exterior. I like my neighbors and they like me. Please only smoke outside, either on the deck or out back/front. SMOKING in the house will automatically get you a NEGATIVE REVIEW. No firearms allowed on premises. No Pets.
**We have a Ring doorbell installed outside on the front door, so please be truthful about how many people are staying because you will be charged after your stay***

We were very comfortable during our stay. The house was very clean and organized; everything we needed was provided. The appliances are upgrades and everything was aesthetically pleasing. The basement was very nice although we only stayed one night we didn't get a chance to take advantage of all that was offered down there. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend staying here.

Very eclectic decor with plenty of space for people to sleep. Came for a getaway with kids to the dunes. Easy access to parks and beaches. Some old charm in the house and some updates.
