walk to the beach! such a sweet property, clean and so tastefully decorated. The deck is amazing and the host is very easy to reach and so accommodating. We will be back!
We enjoyed our stay! The property was within walking distance to the beach. We appreciated the beach gear (including a few jackets!). The house was charming and had plenty of space. The area does not have many restaurants though.
We highly recommend this property, 10/10! Hidden Gem is the perfect description for this property. Clean, pet-friendly, fantastic host communication and wonderful location. Only a few block walking distance to Lake Michigan and the famous Flamingo restaurant for incredible pizza. Also, a great location to visit the famous Indiana Dunes National Park. This is one of our favorite stops.
This house was fantastic. Easy walk to the beach and very quiet. We had 3 small kids with us and the house was very kid friendly! We will definitely be back.
We love this place! This is the second time we have stayed here, not because we haven't tried more often. It just seems to be booked a lot. It's located on a quiet street in Miller's beach. It's two blocks walking from Lake Michigan and the beach is wonderful! It's also located close to the Indiana Dunes National Park and the entire Dunes coastline. The house itself is well laid out with a cozy TV room in the back. The kitchen is large with great appliances. Our dog likes the fenced in back yard!Krystyna is very attentive and easy to communicate with. Overall, a pleasant experience!
The property was ideally located within walking distance to the beach. This, and the pet friendly policy, were the main reasons we selected this place. We have stayed in this area several times and love the Miller Beach area.
The cozy cottage was a perfect long weekend stay for our family of 5. The home was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. We loved it was a short walk to the Lake. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. I highly recommend this locations especially for families.
Super cute house and an easy walk to the beach (just one little hill). Loved the neighborhood—nice and quiet, and Flamingo Pizza is right around the corner! The owners were awesome and super quick to respond. Had such a great time here and will definitely be back!
Terrific communication! Wonderful place to stay! AC was nice and cold. Kitchen was great for the meals we made there. .Location was pretty good. The Backyard was beautiful .Excellent wifi!!
Very nice home with a lot of that small town charm. Very detailed guest book with places to eat and a lot of good information. Beds were comfortable and plentiful for our small family. Owner was in good communication and very responsive if needing something. Provided everything you could need so can pack lighter.
The house was easy to find and get into. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and very close to Indiana Dunes National Park. The beds were very comfortable. We only used the refrigerator and coffee maker in the kitchen but the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. We went to Miller Pizza in Gary for dinner one night--it was excellent.
Great stay! Owner has great communication and very responsive. We loved the retro 50's decor and feel. Plenty of room for large families. Nice outdoor patio space. Plenty of parking. The only issue was a small cleaning oversight, but they more than made up for it. Would definitely recommend!
The house was just as described. It was clean and comfy. The kitchen was well-stocked and there were puzzles and games. The host was easy to communicate with and responsive. We had a problem with the internet and they helped resolve the issue immediately.

It was a pleasure to host Pamela and her family. They kept the place immaculate and were wonderful and easy to communicate with.
This place truly is a hidden gem! It’s tucked away on a quiet street and only an easy 2 block walk away from the beach. The backyard feels like a little oasis for morning coffee, lunch between beach outings or to wind down in the evening. I truly appreciate Krystyna opening her home to me and my dogs - we booked this place specifically because it’s dog friendly and the beaches are as well. What an absolutely charming place and amazing time we had, if I could give it 15 stars, I would. I hope to come back in the future!
Like stepping into the 60s/79s but in a good way. Quaintly decorated and excellent outdoor space that we didn’t use but would’ve if we’d stayed longer. Two restaurants and a little general store in walking distance, as well as the beach! We’d stay again if in the area.
