Very comfortable place in the perfect area for us, while visiting family! Very clean, soft beds, and plenty of space for our family of 5. Our kids really enjoyed having the games to play, when they woke up early. Thank you so much for a great place to stay!

First off I would like to say that Teresa was a wonderful host – she gave us current, accurate information, and instructions to make our trip go smooth. The rental was just as advertised. It was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The location was perfect for everywhere that we wanted to go. We will definitely check to see if this is available the next time we are going to be in the area.

Very nice, clean condo located in a quiet residential condominium subdivision. Host responded very quickly to questions and requests for info. Kitchen had nice appliances, a coffeemaker, and a Keurig with a selection of coffee pods. Linens on the beds and towels in the bathroom were comfy and in good shape. We were in town for Valparaiso University’s graduation. This property is about 10 miles northwest of the University and it takes about 15-20 minutes to go between the two. So we just made sure we had everything we needed for the day when we left each morning. Overall a great stay and I would recommend this property to others.

Absolutely wonderful stay in this Cozy Condo! Stunning beach-themed decor and super clean. Plenty of space, too (2 adults and a kid in our case). We were here for Thanksgiving to visit my parents who live close by. Although we didn’t spend a lot of time there (basically only needed somewhere to sleep and shower), the condo was perfect! The beds were AMAZING! So much that I am planning to get one!!! And our daughter slept on the sofa and said it was comfortable too! Teresa was super responsive and helpful when we ran into an issue. We would definitely stay here again when in town!
