WELCOME TO TIMBER & SPRINGS RETREAT, where adventure, relaxation, and unforgettable family memories come together in the heart of Central Oregon.

Designed for families and groups of up to 12 guests, our lodge-inspired home blends warm timber finishes, natural stone, and inviting gathering spaces to create a comfortable place where everyone can slow down, reconnect, and enjoy time together.

The highlight of the home is the private indoor heated pool, complete with a waterslide, making every season pool season. After a day of exploring, unwind in the hot tub, gather for a movie in the media room, or challenge family and friends on the front-yard putting green.

The spacious open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for everything from holiday meals to weekend brunches, featuring multiple ovens, generous prep space, and seating for everyone to gather together. Outside, enjoy Central Oregon's beautiful weather with both a Traeger pellet grill and a gas BBQ, perfect for evening cookouts on the patio.

When it's time to relax, every bedroom features its own Smart TV, while multiple living areas provide comfortable spaces for board games, reading, or simply enjoying each other's company. The theater room includes more than 500 DVDs, a theater-style popcorn machine, and cozy seating for the perfect family movie night.

My extended family loved this rental! Yes it’s quirky, but so is my family. The host is amazing and responds quickly We had some glitching while watching movies and our teens thought the futons weren’t comfortable. Otherwise, we had a lovely vacation.

The host was great to work with and responsive. Wonderful location with lots of friendly restaurants for breakfasts located near the house. Really well equipped kitchen with labels on the front of drawers and cabinets. It was hot when we visited and we spent a lot of time in the pool which even has life preservers in multiple sizes, towels and balls and other toys in addition to the slide. Overall great experience. Lacks closets, portable air conditioning units are loud and the front bedroom needs blinds/shades for light control.

Kitchen was nice and very adequate for our cooking needs. The pool was fantastic. The hot tub needed water but, I did not locate a water hose to accommodate. Overall, great place and I’m would recommend to friends and family.

The house was perfect! Location, property details and great communication with host! Only request would be more garbage bags, zip lock bags and laundry detergent. We ended up buying all of that! Better pots and pans would be helpful as well! Overall I would highly recommend and we would stay again!

Our family stayed here for Christmas, we made alot of great memories. The house was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season, and well stocked with appliances for holiday treat baking. Our kids would definitely say the pool was the best part.

Fantastic family vacation spot

My friends and family (party of 10) stayed for 10 days. The house/property had plenty of activities to keep everybody entertained. The house is conveniently located if you don’t mind a nice walk into downtown. We enjoyed our stay, and would love to visit again!

The house is even more lovely in person. Love all the different vibes. Well stocked kitchen. Fantastic central location within Redmond, so close to so many bars, restaurants, and stores! The owner was gracious and incredibly responsive. We were a group of four couples. A variety of spaces if you want to be alone or join the party, just an overall amazing trip. If the property speaks to you, you will thoroughly love the choice and find it to exceed expectations. We cooked many meals, played games, relaxed, watched football on the big screen, swam, and hot tubbed. Perfect get away and precisely what we had hoped it would be.

This property is very large family or multiple family friendly. With a great theater room and outdoor living space. A large spacious kitchen with multiple ovens and refrigerators allows for family connection around meals and activities.

The unique benefits of this home is most definitely the indoor pool with slide. Just the walking in and seeing the pool from the front door is special. Even if you are not someone who swims it allows everyone to be involved.
