Located in the popular district of La Sud in Lacanau Ocean, this fully renovated studio with mezzanine can accommodate up to 4 people.
You will enjoy an enclosed outdoor courtyard, equipped with an outdoor shower and a surf rack, with the possibility to park your vehicle on site. Owners who may very occasionally move into the easements of the yard. Housing:

Bathroom with shower and toilet
Mezzanine upstairs, very attic, with a double bed 140 cm and a single bed 90 cm
A pied-à-terre ideal for holidays between surf, beach and forest close to the center.
