A really special object. a modern row house for 4 people, has a living space of approx. 70 qm. The living rooms and bedrooms are comfortably furnished and tastefully furnished. Internet access via W-LAN can be used free of charge.

The holiday home includes a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and an open-plan living and dining area. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and offers the best conditions with ceramic hob, oven and microwave to prepare tasty meals even on vacation. In the adjoining living room there is a dining area for 4 people, a comfortable corner sofa and a flat screen with satellite reception. Channel). From the living room and the double bedroom you have access to the furnished terrace, where you can relax on the comfortable seating.

everything functions well. Lex is very friendly and helpful. pool is warm, sunny terrace nearly all day, comfy beds, all in all a great destination with fabulous views.

Die Fotos scheinen schon einige Jahre alt zu sein. Es entspricht in Wirklichkeit leider nicht mehr den modernen Fotos. Es sind viele kleine Mängel (kaputte Türschlösser, Wasserschäden, dreckige Gardinen, fehlende oder beschädigte Schranktüren, dreckige Sitzbezüge, einfach abgewohnt.

Lugar al que no volveremos. La piscina no se limpio en el tiempo que estuvimos por lo que cada día estaba más sucia hasta que el último día parecía un lodazal. Las toallas no las vienen a cambiar. Todo con bastante deficiencia en lo que a la limpieza se refiere y tuvimos que comprar nosotros un cubo de fregona porque ni siquiera lo dejan. La zona es tranquila pero las escaleras para subir están llenas de insectos y suciedad.

Swmana con bittle y no de los de musica

Reservap0mos una semana para conocer la parte norte de la isla pero la casa no era lo que decian las fotos, se olvidaron decir qye es un tercero sin ascensor;cuando llegamos la puerta de la casa esraba abierta y habia dos cucarachas dentro, pocas eran pq el resto de los dias la casa estaba llena de bichos. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, la piscina o mejor dicho el charco estaba bastante sucio, el calor insoportable pero para ser sinceros llamamos y nos trajeron un ventilador aun siendo domingo. Lamentablemente para no volver y eso que las vistas eran excelentes pero las fotos de la casa engañan y sobre todo hay que decir que hay muchas escaleras para el acceso. La limpieza debe mejorar y mucho. Dos años alquilando con vrbo yuna decepcion siempre . El tema de las cucarachas es muy serio y deben poner remedio

Appartement très agréable dans les montagnes

L’appartement est top! Michael a été au petit soin avec nous (spécialement avec les accessoires pour bébé). Mon amie, son fils et moi avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Pouvoir se détendre dans la piscine chauffée même le soir c’est génial! Sur place, les lits sont plutôt confortables (avec couettes supplémentaires pour les frileux). Nous avons aussi trouvé un cuisine très bien équipée et tout le nécessaire de base voir plus (coton tige, papier toilette, huile, épicé, thé, café, lessive, savon pour les mains…). Les draps, serviettes et torchons sont fournis: gros + Le port est à 10min en voiture, le centre ville à 7min, et en cas de frigo vide « la casa de lolo » a 3min vous prépare viande tendre et légumes sur le grill. Nous gardons précieusement les coordonnées de Michael et ne manquerons pas de revenir si nous repassons par Agaete

Séjour agréable pour les amoureux de la montagne,

Assez déçu une piscine qui ne l'est pas (3Msur1,50)😱 très sale,le salon d'extérieur vétuste,canapé du salon très usés et surtout odeur très forte d'humidité dans les chambres et la cuisine je ne pouvais pas ouvrir les tiroirs tellement l'odeur était nauséabonde.

The property was clean and well equipped with a gorgeous view from the balcony. Within easy reach of Agaete and the port. Property manager was responsive to our queries and helpful when we were involved in Jet2com ending its flights into Gran Canaria.

Très bonne location

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines à Agaete dans la maison de location. Il y avait tout le nécessaire. Nous avons s apprécié le localisation de la maison qui nous a permis de profiter des plages et de faire de la randonnée en montagne et de la piscine du logement. Merci au propriétaire.

Ein super tolles Appartement bei dem man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Modern eingerichtet und sogar mit smart TV für alle Netflix Liebhaber. super eingerichtete Küche mit offenem Essbereich bei der sogar im Urlaub kochen Spaß macht. Nach einer anstrengenden Wanderung kann man Abends super auf der Terasse Grillen, relaxen und entspannt im pool die Ruhe genießen. Wlan funktioniert super gar keine Probleme. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vor der Unterkunft. Auf ein Wiedersehen würden wir uns sehr freuen. Absolout Top wie erwart.

Größe okay, viele Mängel an der Einrichtung (Ausstattung), grüner Pool - dafür zu teuer

Terassenstuhlauflagen zerrissen und schmuddelig, Poolrand grün, Badfenster lässt sich nicht verriegeln. Zweites Schlafzimmer muffig, Entfeuchter steht im Zimmer aber so verschmutzt, dass ihn keiner berühren möchte. Küchenausstattung super! Wäre eine tolle Wohnung, wenn Zeit in die Pflege investiert werden würde. Der Preis ist dafür nicht gerechtfertigt.

Potentially good stay spoilt by ongoing issues with "heated" plunge pool

Good location. The number of steps up to property not totally clear from details (other than wheelchair inaccessible). Property potentially ideal but would need more wardrobe space if 4 adults staying. Main issue for our specific holiday stay was the plunge pool failed to be operational throughout. We arrived Sunday and the pool did not appear to be working. Unfortunately, there were no messages left to that effect. It was left to us to contact the " owner" and after an initial inspection on Tuesday evening further work was undertaken on Wednesday morning. On the Wednesday we highlighted our thoughts that a refund was appropriate. However, the pool never appeared to heat correctly and needed topping up each day. An error message (E3) displayed and we never used the pool for the holiday. The main reason for choosing this property was the plunge pool. I was hoping to help my partner gain more confidence in the water. The " owner" did provide a small refund on the penultimate day of our holiday which did not reflect the total lack of the use of the plunge pool which features throughout the promotional material.
